Mohamad brings a global perspective to Intouch Football through his experience as a former professional player who competed in multiple countries around the world. His firsthand understanding of different football cultures, standards, and pathways allows him to guide players with clarity, realism, and purpose.

He currently represents over 50 players internationally and has worked with hundreds of athletes across North America, supporting them through trials, placements, contract opportunities, and long-term career planning. His approach is rooted in preparation, exposure, and making sure players understand what is required to succeed at the next level.

As Director, Mohamad is responsible for overseeing strategic growth, international partnerships, recruitment processes, and agency operations. Known for his professionalism, honesty, and player-centered leadership, he plays a key role in building sustainable pathways and creating meaningful opportunities for ambitious footballers to advance their careers.
A high-performance talent-identification and player-development organization built to give North American footballers real access to professional pathways. With a proven network of European clubs, FIFA-licensed agents, and academy directors, Basit has created a direct bridge for athletes to earn trials, showcase their ability, and receive honest, development-driven guidance.
Known for his integrity, leadership, and player-first approach, Basit has helped emerging talent move into elite environments globally.
He oversees all Intouch Football combines, scouting frameworks, and international partnerships, ensuring every athlete who works with the organization receives a professional platform and a genuine opportunity to advance their career. Basit’s vision is simple and powerful: to make Intouch Football one of North America’s leading development pathways- a place where ambition is matched with real opportunity, and where dedicated players can take the next step in their football journey.
Bringing a Bachelor’s degree in Science and years of working with Fortune 100 organizations. With a background in scaling businesses, building internal systems, and managing high-level operations, Ali oversees the organizational engine that drives ITF’s combines, academies, development programs, and international partnerships. Guiding the organization towards long-term success.
His work centers on strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and building strong relationships with clubs, agents, and player-development networks. Motivated by a lifelong love for football, Ali is committed to creating real opportunities for North American players to access professional pathways and begin their careers with clarity and support.
Shahrukh oversees Intouch Football’s brand strategy and digital presence. With experience as a freelance graphic designer, he has helped organizations grow through storytelling, social media development, and strong visual identity. He holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Master of Science from McMaster University and brings additional experience in coaching, refereeing, and youth mentorship. A passionate supporter of athlete development he is committed to helping young players thrive and reach their full potential.
